Refund and Returns Policy

At Esal e Sawab, we take great care in delivering high-quality Islamic books and related materials. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Overview

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-printed.

  • Name-dedicated Islamic books.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • The book shows signs of use.

  • Items are returned damaged or incomplete (not due to our error).

  • Products are returned after the 15-day period.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at esalesawabofficial@gmail.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once your return is received. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
