1. What is Esal e Sawab?
Esal e Sawab is a service where you can order Islamic books, either with or without a personalized name of your deceased loved one, and have them delivered to your desired location.
2. How does the process work?
Choose the book(s) you want from our collection.
If you wish, provide the name of your loved one to be printed on the book.
Select your delivery option (Cash on Delivery or Advance Payment).
We print and ship the books to your chosen destination.
3. Can I order books without adding a name?
Yes, you can. Adding a name is optional.
4. Which names can be added?
You can add the name of any deceased relative, family member, or loved one for the purpose of Esal-e-Sawab.
5. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
6. Do you provide international delivery?
Currently, our main service is within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our support team to confirm.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan and also accept advance payments via bank transfer or online methods.
8. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
9. Can I order in bulk for madrassahs, mosques, or libraries?
Yes, we accept bulk orders. Please contact us for special pricing and details.

FAQS – Refunds and Returns
11. What is your return policy?
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
12. Which items are non-returnable?
The following cannot be returned:
Custom-printed books
Name-dedicated Islamic books
13. What condition must my book be in for a return?
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
14. Do you offer partial refunds?
Yes, partial refunds may apply if:
The book shows signs of use.
Items are returned damaged or incomplete (not due to our error).
The product is returned after the 15-day period.
15. How do I return an item?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
16. How do I request an exchange?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at esalesawabofficial@gmail.com, and send the item to the address above.
17. How are refunds processed?
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
18. What if I haven’t received my refund yet?
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company.
Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

19. Do you refund sale items?
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
20. How are gifts handled?
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once your return is received. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
21. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If approved, the shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
